ECESS Seattle Trip 2015

ECESS is on the road again! This time make sure you join us as we embark upon an epic journey into the unknown! Actually, it’s not unknown… we’re going to MICROSOFT, TECHSTARS, BOEING & AMAZON in Seattle! This trip will be short but ever so sweet – so no worries about missing any classes or study time! You can also read on the bus, if you don’t get car sick.

When

• Sunday, October 11, 2015 – Monday, October 12, 2015 (Thanksgiving long weekend)

Cost

• $100 (for ECE students), which includes the bus ride to & from Seattle + accommodation + chartered bus trips within Seattle + Boeing Future of Flight Factory Tour
• $120 (for all other students), includes the same as above

How

• Sign up on the following two forms:

  You will get an acceptance email by 11:00 pm of October 5th (Monday). Once you get the email, come to the info session on October 6th (Tuesday) @ 5pm, or October 7th (Wednesday) @ 1:30pm at MacLeod 434. Bring $100 (ECE students) or $120 (all other students) in cash as all payment will be happening at the info session.

Make sure you will be able to enter the US (Canadian/American passport or a visa to enter the US)! Refunds will not be issued if you can’t enter the states!
